Ordering & Products
We offer premium wall art prints including canvas prints, metal prints, and fine art paper prints. All products are made to order with museum-quality materials.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. For best results, upload images with at least 300 DPI resolution and minimum 2000x2000 pixels.
Our prints are available in various sizes from 8x10 inches up to 40x60 inches, depending on the product type. Size options are shown during checkout based on your image resolution.
Yes! After uploading your image, you can preview exactly how your print will look before ordering. Our editor shows accurate sizing and cropping.
We'll notify you if your image resolution is too low for your selected size. You can either choose a smaller print size or upload a higher resolution image.
Shipping & Delivery
Production takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes an additional 5-10 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10-21 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status anytime in your orders.
Contact us immediately if your package is damaged or doesn't arrive. We'll work with you to resolve the issue—either with a replacement or refund. Visit our returns portal to file a claim.
Absolutely. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents. The return address shows our business name only.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returns must be requested within 60 days of the order date. Visit our returns portal to submit a request.
Because all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles.

Yes. Charges appear on your statement as "SPICYSNAPS" or our parent company name—nothing that reveals the nature of your purchase.
Your images are private and only visible to you and our production team during order fulfillment. Images are stored securely and never shared publicly.
Images are retained in your account for easy reordering. You can delete your images at any time from your account settings.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Payment & Billing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit cards.
Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. We begin production as soon as payment is confirmed.

Account & Images
Yes, an account is required to place orders. This allows you to track orders, reorder previous prints, and manage your images.
You can request account deletion by contacting support. All your data, including uploaded images and order history, will be permanently removed.

Yes! Our website is fully mobile-optimized. You can upload images directly from your phone or tablet camera roll.
